How to Use Ticket Defense 

You can access Ticket Defense in person or online. 

  1. In-Person. Bring your ticket to the Drivers Union office, Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM.

  1. Online. Upload a photo of your ticket here.   

A Drivers Union team member will take your information, and – if your ticket is covered under the Ticket Defense program – provide a representation agreement for you to sign. We will work with an attorney on your behalf and follow up with you if any additional information is needed or when there are updates on your case. 

NOTE: Ticket Defense is limited to moving violation tickets issued in Washington state. Drivers Union makes no warranties express or implied regarding the outcome of your case.

*To be covered by Drivers Union Ticket Defense, you must be a current dues-paying Drivers Union member. Ticket Defense is not available under a Free Trial membership. If you are already a dues-paying Drivers Union member and receive a moving violation ticket, you have free access to Drivers Union Ticket Defense covered by your membership. If you received a ticket while you were not a dues-paying Drivers Union member, you can still access Ticket Defense for only $99 when you activate your membership.
