• drivers work longer hours but are paid less
• drivers are forced to accept rides or risk deactivation
• there is no transparency about penalties or pay

Drivers should have a choice about whether to accept an UberPOOL ride. Drivers who accept an UberPOOL ride should be paid fairly and the system should be transparent.
