Every year, your pay rate increases! This year's annual Cost Of Living Adjustment for UBER and LYFT  and other TNC drivers has just been announced. Read on to learn how this will impact your earnings in 2024.

This victory is the result of drivers coming together to stand up against unfair pay. When we took our fight to Olympia, we won annual inflation adjustments to per mile and per minute rates. This means that your pay maintains its value year after year.

The Washington Department of Labor and Industries has just announced the 2024 pay raise for UBER, LYFT, and other TNC drivers. Starting January 1st, your pay will increase:

• To $1.55/mile and $0.66/minute within Seattle, with a trip minimum of $5.81
• To $1.31/mile and $0.38/minute in the rest of Washington, with a trip minimum of $3.37

No other drivers in the country have won the legal right to annual cost of living adjustments to ensure their per mile and per minute earnings keep up with the rate of inflation. As winter begins to set in and many drivers see work slow, rest assured that your pay will continue to retain its value no matter where the broader economy takes us.
