Seattle Drivers can use Paid Sick Time to get COVID Vaccine

Did you know that Uber and Lyft drivers can use Paid Sick and Safe Time to get the COVID Vaccine?

By law, drivers who have given at least 1 ride in Seattle in the last 90 days can use their paid sick days to:

  • Take a day off work to get the COVID vaccine; and
  • Help family members get the vaccine.

Drivers Union has helped over 1,000 drivers get vaccinated.

This Saturday May 29, we’re partnering with Oromo Cultural Center, Somali Health Board and Somali Community Services to put on another pop-up vaccination clinic in South Seattle.
