The Washington State Legislature has passed first-in-the nation rights for UBER & LYFT drivers in our state. Drivers have won landmark protections against unfair deactivation, the highest statewide pay floor in the country, paid sick leave, and unemployment benefits and access to Paid Family & Medical Leave (beginning 2024).
